Can I try it before signing up?

How long does it take to get up and running?

Each agent, WhatsApp or voice, is up and running within a week of receiving your details: services, opening hours and calendar. Custom integrations with your systems take longer, and the timeline is given in writing before we start.

How is the price worked out?

There's a setup fee and a monthly fee. The amount is tailored: it depends on the channels, the volume of conversations and whether it needs connecting to your systems. You get a fixed price in writing before we start.

Are there third-party costs?

Yes, and we explain them from the start: the WhatsApp Business API, the phone line and AI model usage. The quote sets out in writing what the fee does and doesn't include, so there are no surprises.

Do I lose my WhatsApp number?

No. The WhatsApp agent works in coexistence mode: you keep your number and your WhatsApp Business app, and you can carry on messaging from the app on your phone.

What if I want to stop?

There's no lock-in contract: you cancel the monthly fee whenever you like. Your customers' data is yours and, if you leave, we hand it over to you.

Do my customers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Our agents always introduce themselves as artificial intelligence, as article 50 of the EU AI Act requires. If a customer asks for a person, they hand the conversation over and you take control.
