These terms govern the use of the flowiaxai.com website and of the artificial intelligence automation services offered by Flowiax. By using our website or contracting our services, you accept these conditions.

1. Who we are

Flowiax is an AI automation service based on the Costa del Sol (Málaga, Spain). We develop and implement artificial intelligence assistants for customer service via WhatsApp, Instagram and phone, along with the associated management panels.

2. Services

We offer the configuration, deployment and maintenance of AI assistants for businesses, under a model of an implementation fee plus recurring maintenance. The specific scope of each service is defined in the proposal or contract agreed with each client.

3. Acceptable use

By using our services you agree to:

• Not use them for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or for purposes that infringe the rights of third parties.
• Not send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through the automated channels.
• Comply with the policies of the third-party platforms used, in particular those of Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram).

4. AI assistants

Our assistants identify themselves as artificial intelligence when the law requires it. Although we work to make their replies accurate and useful, they are automated systems that can make mistakes; the business that owns the account is responsible for supervising their use and for the final content offered to its customers.

5. Intellectual property

The Flowiax brand, the website, its content and the software developed are the property of Flowiax or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or used without express authorisation.

6. Liability

We provide our services with the utmost diligence, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific commercial results. Flowiax will not be liable for indirect damages arising from interruptions of third-party platforms (Meta, AI or infrastructure providers) beyond our control.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with its date of update.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under current legislation.
