At Flowiax (flowiaxai.com) we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Contact details that you voluntarily give us (name, phone, email) when you write to us through the website form, WhatsApp or Instagram.
• The content of the conversations you have with our AI assistants (WhatsApp, Instagram) in order to deal with your request, manage appointments or answer questions.
• Basic technical browsing data (pages visited) if you accept analytics cookies.
• Source of the visit: if you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign parameters (for example, utm), we keep that information only for the duration of your visit and, if you send us a form, we receive it together with your details so we know which channel brought us your enquiry.

• Dealing with your request and providing the assistance and appointment management service — basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
• Answering sales enquiries — basis: your consent.
• Meeting legal obligations (tax, accounting) — basis: legal obligation.

5. Who we share data with

Only with the technology providers that make the service possible, acting as data processors under contract: infrastructure and AI model providers (for example, hosting services, Meta's messaging platform and language processing providers). No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Some providers may host data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, appropriate safeguards apply (European Commission standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms).

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to info@flowiaxai.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the law.

8. Cookies

We use technical cookies needed for the website to work. Only if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice do we also load analytics cookies (Google Analytics, by Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the website is used, and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure which ads bring in enquiries and to show ads to people who have already visited us. If you reject them, neither is loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer or by clearing your browser cookies.
